TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Commission Restrictions: I do not accept commissions featuring NSFW content, furry characters, or fetishized gore. Requests involving non-explicit nudity may be considered, but proof of the buyer’s age (18+) is required.2. Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion, without the need to provide a reason.3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon approval of the initial sketch. (Payment is accepted through PayPal only.)4. Refund Policy: Refunds are available only until sketch approval. Once the sketch is approved and payment is completed, no further refunds will be provided.5. Review Process: A rough sketch will be provided for your review before payment. This is the only stage at which you may request significant adjustments. Minor adjustments will be allowed at later stages but may incur additional fees.6. Usage Rights: I reserve the right to use the final artwork, along with any progress images, in my portfolio, on social media, or as promotional material. If you prefer the artwork remain private, please discuss this with me beforehand; an additional fee may apply for exclusive rights.7. Client Usage: As the buyer, you may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, desktop wallpapers). Commercial use, including reselling the artwork or creating merchandise, is strictly prohibited unless specifically agreed upon and additional licensing fees are paid.8. Copyright and Ownership: I retain full copyright of all commissioned artwork. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership, and I reserve the right to reproduce or sell prints of the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.9. Prohibited Actions: Tracing, copying is strictly prohibited. Use of my artwork in AI training, AI-based generation, or any machine learning tools is also forbidden.10. Deadlines and Delivery: If you have a specific deadline, please inform me before commissioning. Rush orders may incur additional fees. Standard turnaround time will vary depending on the complexity of the request and my current workload.
